Candle stone and Water Tower Grill started in 1972, transforming an old apple orchard into a gorgeous restaurant and 25-room hotel. A few years later, Bruce Matthews designed the stunning golf course at Candle stone. Day stone Known for its towering pines and rolling hills, in 2008 current owners Catherine Farr and Steven Leach renovated the restaurant, hotel and golf course, preserving its heritage and modernizing its amenities.
